International Shipping – Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
HERO.gk is a UK-based business, and we are delighted to supply our professional goalkeeper gloves to customers internationally.
Please note that orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, local taxes and courier or postal handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
International shipping charges paid at checkout cover the cost of transporting your order and do not include any additional import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees.
HERO.gk has no control over charges imposed by overseas customs authorities or delivery providers, and these may vary depending on the destination country and the value of the shipment.
Customers are responsible for checking any applicable import requirements and charges before placing an order.
If an order is refused or returned because import charges have not been paid, any refund will be subject to our Returns and Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights. Any non-refundable shipping, return or customs costs may be deducted where legally permitted.

We aim to dispatch personalised gloves as soon as possible but please be patient and allow an extra 1-2 days for this service.
Dispatch Times
All orders received before 12:00 noon (UK time) are processed the same working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders received after this time will be processed on the next working day.
